A large two bedroom static home located in the Balcon de Pitres campsite, a short distance from the town of Pitres. The caravan is in excellent condition and has a large living room with an excellent wood-burning stove, opening onto a decking terrace at the end, a modern fitted kitchen, a bedroom with a double bed, a smaller (bed) room currently used as an office, and a shower room. There is gas water heating, and radiators. Surrounding the caravan is a large plot/terrace, partly paved, partly gravelled, with fine unobstructed views to the south. There is a monthly rent of the plot on which the caravan stands of 400 euros per month., This includes water, but not electricity, which is charged according to useage ( about 80 euros per month). The campsite has a seasonal restaurant and swimming pool. Pitres, 1km away, is a village of 450, at an altitude of 1,300m, with a bank, pharmacy, supermarket, bars and restaurants, located in the heart of the beautiful verdant La Taha, a zone of the Alpujarras popular with rural tourists.

The ground rent is 400 euros a month ( if you pay 8 months up front its 5% cheaper)  Pets are  allowed and the site is open all year round
