A large ten room cortijo located in a rural area south of Orgiva. The cortijo dates from 1900 but has been largely restored and partly modernised. Its 200 m2 is half of a larger building, so it is essentially semi-detached, with its own front terrace and back patio and totally private. There is also a large plot of land a short distance away, included in the sale. There is car access up to the building, and the area is reached by a track running along the side of the bed of the rio Guadalfeo, from Órgiva, 4km distant. The cortijo consists of an entrance hall, and to one side a kitchen, attached dining room, and at the back two connected and unrestored rooms. Water comes from an irrigation water supply, and there are solar panels to supply electricity.
The attached land is about a hectare of land classified as irrigated arable land, level and extending down to the river.
