A three level village house located in the hamlet of Bayacas, 5.5km from Orgiva. The house has two bedrooms, one bathroom, and a roof terrace, and 164 m2 built, on a 50m2 footprint.

On the ground floor, which has two entrances, is a living room with a fireplace, , a kitchen and an end room which is currently used as a dining room. The top floor consists of a roof terrace divided by a 14 m2 room. There are fine views to the south.

The lower level of the house consists of a large basement.
