The static caravan is sited at Balcon De Pitres Granada Spain. It is very peaceful with lovely views. You can live all year if you want too. It has central heating, and In the winter you can put on the logburner for those cold winter days. Pitres the village is a 3 minute drive or a 10 minute walk away.

The village has a medical centre, bank, post office, shops, bars and restaurants, every thing you need. There are many other villages around the area. The beach is just over an hour away at Motril . Skiing at the (Sierra Nevada) is an hours drive. There are mountain trails from the site with lovely views . The fencing and decking has been totally renewed 2 years ago.

The ground rent is 367 euros a month ( if you pay 8 months up front its 5% cheaper).. you are allowed dogs.
