A modern three bedroom cortijo on a plot of hillside land, located about 9 km from Orgiva, a town of 5,000 people with many facilities. The finca is reached from the main road by about 1 km of good track, with the last part of the access being by 200m of footpath. In the near future car access is going to be made up to the finca.

The cortijo is of good construction and has 64 m2 built and consists of a front living room/dining room/kitchen with at one side a door to an end bedroom. At the other side a corridor gives access to a shower room and two more bedrooms. In front of the house is a cement terrace with magnificent views to the south. A short distance way are two outhouses, attached to a neighbouring building, and which are included in the sale.

The land is in all 5,2000 m2 of hillisde land, descending below the house and consisting of three terraces. The land has irrigation water rights from an acequia

(water channel) running above the land, and the cortijo has town water connected. Although wired for mains electricity, currently a solar panel charges a battery for domestic lighting. There is an LT line 30m away, so mains electricity can easily be connected.
